Dr. Patel sat down with me for a consultation and introductory double chin rescue package . She is a fantastic provider that REALLY knows her stuff and has a very impressive background. She answered most of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them and readily addressed any of my other concerns . She explained everything she was doing it as she did it and my comfort through the procedure remained her top priority. If you’re looking for a med spa that has a personal touch and doesn’t rush you in and out, she’s your doctor ! 😀

This was my very first time doing anything cosmetic, she made me feel very comfortable, she is very knowledgeable and has great new equipment. I did the turkey neck rescue treatment, it was pain free. I’m looking forward to great results with a few more sessions I think I will be truly satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone. The prices are fair and they even offer payments.

Dr Patel was very informative. She explained every option to help you obtain the best result for you. She makes you feel comfortable and you never feel rushed. It's not often you meet a physician who makes you feel totally at ease. A physician who personally explains every option to you and continues to describes everything to you before, during and after your treatment! Dr. Patel at Iconic Medical Skin & Laser Center is just that doctor! After my first treatment, I could see a remarkable improvement in my skins texture and a visible improvement in the appearance of my wrinkles! Dr. Sangita Patel is not a doctor who spends a few minutes with the patient, wraps it up, then wants payment. Dr. Patel spends a majority of her own time explaining, reassuring and educating the patient about each and every service available at her office with no expectation in return. Prices are reasonable and hours convenient. Don't miss this little office in Troy where there's no bells and whistles; just a brilliant doctor who truly works for the most excellent outcome for each person.

Dr. Patel is a extremely kind and knowledgeable doctor. She is very accommodating and easy to contact. The fact that she was able to do appointments on Saturday was amazing. I didn't have to take time off of work. She has been helping me clear up some past acne scars. She has been doing a combination method with RF microneedling and laser which seems to have been a good improvement! I'm looking forward to future treatments and more improvement.

Dr. Patel is amazing. I have a scar on my chin/cheek that has been there for 40 years. I decided to have scar revision done through a plastic surgeon. The scar that was created, was worse than my original scar. It was raised above my skin similar to a keloid. I came to see Dr. Patel & she removed the raised area and is currently working to get the scar as close to my original skin as possible. I love the way the scar is healing.
